The short version: we collect nothing.

Latvian Dictionary (“Vārdnīca”, the “App”) is developed by DeepSoft (“we”, “us”) and is designed to work entirely on your device. The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

Information we collect

None. The App does not request, gather, or send any personal or device information to us or to any third party. It does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or identifiers.

Data stored on your device

To make the App useful, some preferences are saved locally on your device only, and never leave it:

This information is stored within the App’s private storage on your device. You can clear it at any time from the App’s Settings (“Reset progress”) or by deleting the App.

Network use

The dictionary works fully offline. The App makes no network requests to function. The only time your device contacts the internet is when you deliberately tap a link inside the App — for example to visit the developer’s website, rate the App, or check for updates — which opens Apple’s App Store or your web browser. Those services are governed by Apple’s and your browser’s own privacy policies.

Third parties

The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. No data is provided to third parties because no data is collected.

Children’s privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be reflected in a future App update.
