Commercial support for Raku++
Raku++, our from-scratch implementation of the Raku programming language, is open source and free, and it stays that way. Starting today, organisations that run Raku in production — or are deciding whether to — can also have the team that builds the engine on their side.
What we offer
- Support agreements — a named contact, response times written into the agreement, and fixes delivered as patch releases you can deploy.
- Fixes and features on demand — a construct your program needs, a behaviour you did not expect, a module that will not install: scoped, estimated and implemented.
- Moving existing code — we run your code base and its tests under Raku++, report every difference from Rakudo, the reference compiler, and close the gaps.
- Performance work — profiling your real workload and making the engine faster where your program spends its time.
- Embedding, platforms and builds — Raku inside your own product, builds for the platforms you deploy on, and a maintained release line.
- Training, code review and consulting — Raku courses for your developers, and a second opinion on a code base or an adoption plan.
Every engagement starts with a conversation and ends in a written proposal, with a fixed price for defined work or a retainer for ongoing support.
Community support stays
Nothing changes for everyone else: bug reports and questions are still welcome on the GitHub issue tracker. Both options are listed together at raku.online/support.
